Andrii Ganchuk Profiles
Andrii Ganchuk, baritone, is a former member of the young artists programme at Opera di Roma where he has been participating in a number of roles including Rigoletto (reduced version) and cover, Baron Douphol, Faust in The Fiery Angel and Anna Bolena’s Rochefort.
RECENT AND FUTURE ENGAGEMENTS
Last Summer Andrii has been engaged in the role of Amonasro in the new production of Aida by Denis Krief for Opera di Roma at Terme di Caracalla
He has also been engaged as a freelance artist in five new productions by Ai WeiWei, Graham Vick, Robert Carsen, Valentina Carrasco, Denis Krief and Emilio Sagi in roles that include Escamillo, Masetto, Zaretsky and Mandarino, at Opera di Roma.
Conductors include James Conlon, Daniele Gatti, Bertrand de Billy and Alejo Perez.
Andrii participated in the upcoming recording of Diana Damrau with Mo. Antonio Pappano.
