Song of the dark Forest
The main character is played by the beautifully singing bass-baritone Andrii Ganchuk, but at the same time he is given more of the role of a voice-over who staggers or crawls from one dance scene to the next, depending on the depth of his suffering. As moving as the orchestra and Ganchuk's part are, the work of the choreographers appears light or frivolous. Both YoY Performing Arts' modular experiments with the tableau and Miller de Nobili's family scenes and parties have something light-hearted about the music. That sounds nice, if it weren't for the fact that in the puzzle with scenes they apparently forgot that the main character is still the singer.
