Krystian Lada - Polityka

Krystian Lada (one of the nominees for the latest edition of Polityka's Passports) approached the work a bit like Rossini, playing in additional ahistoricity and compiling various symbols related to Poland. He drew the whole from deconstructing the Prussian HomageMatejko (which picture was also quite distant from the historical truth), and the wars appearing in the background of the action are rather boys' wars in short pants (an estimate for the male part of the Capella Cracoviensis choir), waving Polish and Krakow symbols - hussar wings, scythes on the edge , a Cracow crib, a horse's head straight from carol props, etc., and at the end there is a great inscription above the POLAND FOR POLES swabs.
