Anabel De la Mora

Anabel De la Mora is a rising name of the leggero-coloratura  sopranos. Her voice is reaches beautifully the highest notes making her a natural in roles such as The Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte), Amina (Sonnambula), Linda di Chamounix, Lakmé, Olimpia (Les Contes d’Hoffmann), Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Belinda (Dido & Eneas), Marzelline (Fidelio), Adele (Die Fledermaus), Oscar (Un Ballo in Machera), Gilda (Rigoletto), Euridice (Orfeo et Euridice), Le Feu/Le Rossignol (L’enfant et les Sortileges) among others.

She  has appeared in the most important stages in her native Mexico, including Palacio de Bellas Artes, Sala Nezahualcoyotl, National Auditorium and National Palace .

Anabel collaborated with very important conductors including Carlos Spierer, Ivan López-Reynoso, Kenneth Kiesler, Jan Latham Koenig, Avi Ostrovsky to name a few. Also with the most important orchestras in Mexico such as Bellas Artes Orchestra, Jalisco Philharmonic, Acapulco Philharmonic, Mining Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Bellas Artes Camera Orchestra.

Winner of the most important contests in Mexico “Iberoamericano Irma González 2012” and “Carlo Morelli 2010 “, dabbling in the world of international competitions she was semifinalist of the “Belvedere 2014” and finalist in the “Buenos Aires 2012” at the Teatro Colon.
